PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY.

  1. DESCRIPTION OF PROMOTION
    1. PaySauce Limited (PaySauce) is an online payroll service for small businesses within New Zealand accessed via mobile device app or website.
    2. PaySauce is running a promotion to provide customers who sign up before December 25th 2022 with a 100% discount for their subscription to the PaySauce platform until 31 March 2023 (the “Promotion”).
    3. The Promotion will commence at 12.01am NZDT on November 18, 2022 (“Promotion Start Date”).
    4. The Promotion will expire at 23.59pm NZDT on December 24, 2022 (“Promotion Expiry Date”).
  2. ELIGIBILITY
    1. To be eligible for the Promotion, you must:
      1. be above the age of eighteen (18) years old;
      2. sign up to one of the qualifying PaySauce subscription products. These can be found at https://www.paysauce.com/pricing;
      3. have a valid New Zealand Inland Revenue number;
    2. We may contact you to verify your eligibility to participate in the Promotion.
    3. Complete the sign-up process for PaySauce.
    4. Be a new customer to PaySauce.
