Yes. PaySauce has the hospitality industry general award built in. Penalty rates and casual loadings are calculated automatically every pay run for most standard hospitality businesses. Casino and hotel management staff are not currently covered.

How does PaySauce handle casual staff?
Casual employees are set up just like any other employee. Their award rates, casual loadings and super guarantee are calculated automatically on every pay run. You only pay for employees included in that pay run.
Does PaySauce handle Payday Super?
Yes. From 1 July 2026, super must be paid with every pay run rather than quarterly. PaySauce calculates and pays super automatically on every pay run, keeping you compliant from day one.
Can my team submit timesheets from their phones?
Yes. Your team enters their start and finish times in the app. You approve with one tap and the hours flow straight into payroll. No more chasing up timesheets at the end of the week.
What happens during a quiet period with fewer staff?
You only pay for employees included in a completed pay run. If you have fewer staff one month, your price goes down automatically.
Can I switch from my current payroll system?
