We started off small but have been growing fast - we’ve moved from start up to scale up and have more and more customers learning to love the Sauce! With our clever platform and sharp eye for security, compliance and ease of use, we make it easy for employers to manage the human side of business - from contracts to digital timesheets, payroll, banking and filing.

About the role

Our product and reach is growing, which means so is our Development Team. We’re looking for a confident, capable and clever developer who likes the sound of what we do and are keen to help us grow.

You’ll work closely with our Developers, Product Owners and other product contributors throughout the software lifecycle to:

• Develop high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of both our customers and our business
• Collaborate with the PaySauce team to define, design and launch new features
• Provide support and troubleshoot for existing software applications

Our current stack includes Node.js, MySQL or PostgreSQL (depending on the product), and a bespoke framework which the team will be able to help you get a handle on.

About you

You’re an experienced developer in a professional environment so you know what it’s like working to a delivery schedule. You’re curious and keen - you’ll get hands on with all of our products, tools and systems. You’ll have experienced people to guide you on your way, but you’ll also be self-driven. You’re good at sharing with others about what you’re doing or learning - you’re happy to take the lead on work around documentation, training or process improvements as your comfort level with the work increases.
