Earlier this year, the Hutt Valley Chamber of Commerce decided to make the switch to PaySauce to ensure that their payroll ran seamlessly.

The team is passionate about supporting the local business community and advocating on behalf of both employers and employees. Patrick McKibbin, CEO of the HVCC, knows that moving payroll providers is always a big decision. The team at HVCC wanted to do their best to avoid any mistakes like messing up the staff leave and holiday balances, or worse, failing to actually pay their staff! Luckily for them, PaySauce was there to make their training and onboarding super easy.
Their migration started with an introductory webinar and then on to registration with an option for a session every week. “The PaySauce team help you along with way with a welcome email, and with reminders leading up to the event. The team also provided a follow-up call, offering the opportunity to ask further questions if needed. We even had a special request around coding some of our teams' salaries to different cost codes. PaySauce easily worked through this for us. So far, so good.”
Our amazing onboarding team was able to provide some easy-to-complete templates to share all of the information that was needed to set up their account, such as staff details and leave balances.
